Basic Overnight Oats with Fruit Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Toppings

  • frozen blueberries
  • Lifeway kefir cup
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Shake up the mixture and refrigerate overnight.

  2. In the morning, top with frozen blueberries, kefir, and peanut butter.

  3. Optionally, microwave for 30 seconds to warm it up a bit.

  4. Add any other flavors or toppings you have on hand for customization.

  5. Use frozen fruit to keep it fresh longer, as it stays good for an extended period.
