Basic Overnight Oats with Fruit Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Toppings
- frozen blueberries
- Lifeway kefir cup
- peanut butter
Preparation
Shake up the mixture and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, top with frozen blueberries, kefir, and peanut butter.
Optionally, microwave for 30 seconds to warm it up a bit.
Add any other flavors or toppings you have on hand for customization.
Use frozen fruit to keep it fresh longer, as it stays good for an extended period.
