Cinnamon Ginger Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup/agave (optional)
  • pinch of salt ?

Preparation

  1. In a sauce pan add dry ingredients and stir

  2. Next, add in almond milk, banana, maple syrup if using and brewed tea

  3. Place sauce pan on stove over medium heat and and allow to thicken for 5 minutes

  4. Pull off stove and give a quick stir before serving it with desired toppings
