Healthy Sourdough Toast with Fried Egg and Veggies
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- ghee
- zoodles
- feta cheese
- amore seasoning
- 1/2 avocado
- red pepper flakes
- 1 piece of sourdough
- spinach
- mushrooms
- tomatoes
Preparation
Fry 1 egg in ghee until crispy.
Sauté zoodles in ghee with feta cheese and amore seasoning.
Sauté spinach and mushrooms in ghee.
Toast 1 piece of sourdough.
Prepare 1/2 avocado with red pepper flakes.
Assemble by piling the toasted sourdough with the sautéed mushrooms, spinach, fried egg, and avocado.
Add tomatoes as desired.
