Healthy Sourdough Toast with Fried Egg and Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • ghee
  • zoodles
  • feta cheese
  • amore seasoning
  • 1/2 avocado
  • red pepper flakes
  • 1 piece of sourdough
  • spinach
  • mushrooms
  • tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Fry 1 egg in ghee until crispy.

  2. Sauté zoodles in ghee with feta cheese and amore seasoning.

  3. Sauté spinach and mushrooms in ghee.

  4. Toast 1 piece of sourdough.

  5. Prepare 1/2 avocado with red pepper flakes.

  6. Assemble by piling the toasted sourdough with the sautéed mushrooms, spinach, fried egg, and avocado.

  7. Add tomatoes as desired.
