Homemade Granola with Seeds and Nuts for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • GF oats
  • pecans
  • walnuts
  • pumpkin seeds
  • chia seeds
  • hemp seeds
  • ground flax
  • cinnamon
  • maple syrup
  • blueberries
  • banana
  • other fruit
  • nut milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and bake on a cookie sheet at 325°F for 10-12 minutes or until firm.

  2. Let cool completely before breaking apart.

  3. Store the excess in the freezer if made in advance.

  4. Add fresh fruits like blueberries or banana.

  5. Top it off with your choice of nut milk.
