Homemade Mince Pies with Shortbread Pastry
Ingredients
- 3 parts plain flour
- 2 parts margarine
- 1 part icing sugar
- rum and raisin/brandy mince meat
Preparation
Rub 3 parts plain flour, 2 parts margarine, and 1 part icing sugar together.
Assemble the mince pies.
Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.
