Homemade Mince Pies with Shortbread Pastry

Ingredients

  • 3 parts plain flour
  • 2 parts margarine
  • 1 part icing sugar
  • rum and raisin/brandy mince meat

Preparation

  1. Rub 3 parts plain flour, 2 parts margarine, and 1 part icing sugar together.

  2. Assemble the mince pies.

  3. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.
