Papaya Energy Balls with Oats and Nuts

Ingredients

  • 200g oats
  • 120g dried papaya
  • 100g dried apricots
  • 100g medjoul dates
  • 50g Brazil nuts
  • 50g walnuts
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup

Preparation

  1. Cut the papaya chunks into small pieces.

  2. Process the oats and nuts in a food processor until finely ground.

  3. Add the dates and apricots and process until no large fruit pieces remain.

  4. Add the agave syrup and process again, then stir in the papaya.

  5. Scoop heaped tablespoons of the mixture and press into balls with your hands. Enjoy!

  6. Store in an airtight jar for a few days or in the freezer for longer storage.
