Savory Paleo Protein Waffle with Egg and Avocado
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Birch Benders Paleo pancake mix
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop Nuzest USA protein powder
- 1 egg
- Ghee
- 1/2 avocado
- Red pepper flakes
- Tomatoes
- Spinach
Preparation
Mix 1/2 cup Birch Benders Paleo pancake mix with 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk and 1 scoop Nuzest USA protein powder to create the batter.
Cook the batter in a waffle iron until golden and crisp.
Fry 1 egg in ghee until desired doneness.
Broil tomatoes until softened and slightly charred.
Sauté spinach until wilted.
Slice 1/2 avocado and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
Assemble by topping the waffle with the fried egg, sliced avocado, broiled tomatoes, and sautéed spinach.
