Savory Paleo Protein Waffle with Egg and Avocado

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Birch Benders Paleo pancake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Nuzest USA protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • Ghee
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Tomatoes
  • Spinach

Preparation

  1. Mix 1/2 cup Birch Benders Paleo pancake mix with 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk and 1 scoop Nuzest USA protein powder to create the batter.

  2. Cook the batter in a waffle iron until golden and crisp.

  3. Fry 1 egg in ghee until desired doneness.

  4. Broil tomatoes until softened and slightly charred.

  5. Sauté spinach until wilted.

  6. Slice 1/2 avocado and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.

  7. Assemble by topping the waffle with the fried egg, sliced avocado, broiled tomatoes, and sautéed spinach.
