Thanksgiving Tahini Blondies
Ingredients
- • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- • pinch of salt
- • 3/4 cup tahini
- • 2 large eggs
- • 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Topping
- • whole pecans
- • dried cranberries
- • sea salt
- • brown sugar
- • orange zest
Preparation
Preheat oven 350F - line 8x8 dish with parchment paper
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately then fold together
Transfer to baking dish and make sure it is distributed evenly
For the topping I used a “crumble” I made last week which is: pecans, dried cranberries, sea salt, brown sugar, coconut oil and orange zest mixed together and put into the oven at 350F for 20 minutes
I pressed this crumble down ontop of the tahini blondies and baked for 20 minutes! Let cool completely before cutting and serving
