Thanksgiving Tahini Blondies

Ingredients

  • • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • • pinch of salt
  • • 3/4 cup tahini
  • • 2 large eggs
  • • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Topping
  • • whole pecans
  • • dried cranberries
  • • sea salt
  • • brown sugar
  • • orange zest

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven 350F - line 8x8 dish with parchment paper

  2. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately then fold together

  3. Transfer to baking dish and make sure it is distributed evenly

  4. For the topping I used a “crumble” I made last week which is: pecans, dried cranberries, sea salt, brown sugar, coconut oil and orange zest mixed together and put into the oven at 350F for 20 minutes

  5. I pressed this crumble down ontop of the tahini blondies and baked for 20 minutes! Let cool completely before cutting and serving
