Best Overnight Cauliflower Oats with Salted Date
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 2 spoons cauliflower rice
- 1 large gooey chopped date
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 spoon almond yogurt
- Almond milk to cover
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
In the morning, add a splash more almond milk and microwave for 2 minutes.
Top with frozen blueberries, fig, mango, nut butter, and bee pollen before serving.
