Best Overnight Cauliflower Oats with Salted Date

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 2 spoons cauliflower rice
  • 1 large gooey chopped date
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 spoon almond yogurt
  • Almond milk to cover

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.

  2. In the morning, add a splash more almond milk and microwave for 2 minutes.

  3. Top with frozen blueberries, fig, mango, nut butter, and bee pollen before serving.
