Cacao Protein Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1/3 cup spelt flour
- 1/4 cup regular flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 3 tbsp vanilla protein
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup oatmilk
Preparation
Preheat oven to 190°C
In a bowl, mix together the oat flour, spelt flour, regular flour, baking powder, raw cacao powder, and vanilla protein
In another bowl, mash the ripe bananas and whisk in the eggs and oatmilk until well combined
Combine the wet and dry mixtures, stirring until just blended
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack
