Cherry Chocolate Lava Cake
Ingredients
- 15-20 Chilean cherries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup instant oats
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1.5 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Chopped dark chocolate
- Additional cherries for center
Preparation
Chop 15-20 Chilean cherries and set aside.
In a blender, combine 1 ripe banana, 1 cup instant oats, 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1.5 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Blend until smooth.
Fold in the chopped cherries.
Pour the batter into oven-safe molds and add chopped dark chocolate and a few more cherries in the center to create a lava pit.
Microwave for 2 minutes to bake the cake.
