Dark Chocolate Cake Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup nut milk
  • 50 grams dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix the ground almonds and cacao powder in a bowl

  2. Add the nut butter, vanilla extract and nut milk and mix until well combined; you may find it easier to use your hands

  3. Roll into balls; you should be able to make around 8 balls depending on the size you roll them and place on baking paper on a plate

  4. Place in the fridge to chill for half an hour

  5. Melt the chocolate in a bowl and cover the balls then leave to set in the fridge for at least an hour
