Dark Chocolate Cake Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ground almonds
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup nut milk
- 50 grams dark chocolate
Preparation
Mix the ground almonds and cacao powder in a bowl
Add the nut butter, vanilla extract and nut milk and mix until well combined; you may find it easier to use your hands
Roll into balls; you should be able to make around 8 balls depending on the size you roll them and place on baking paper on a plate
Place in the fridge to chill for half an hour
Melt the chocolate in a bowl and cover the balls then leave to set in the fridge for at least an hour
