- 1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation
In a bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, salt, turmeric, and cumin until smooth.
Stir in the chopped vegetables.
Heat a pan with a little olive oil and pour small portions of the batter to form pancakes.
Cook for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
