Ingredients

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, salt, turmeric, and cumin until smooth.

  2. Stir in the chopped vegetables.

  3. Heat a pan with a little olive oil and pour small portions of the batter to form pancakes.

  4. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
