Easy Vegan Glazed Tofu Roast
Ingredients
- 400g firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Glaze
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dark berry jam
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt to taste
Preparation
Pat dry the tofu and score it diagonally.
Add the soy sauce and smoked paprika mixture to coat the tofu fully.
Bake the tofu at 190°C (375°F) for 50 minutes.
Mix the glaze ingredients well.
Pour the glaze over the tofu and bake for another 10 minutes.
