Fruit and Seed Loaf
Ingredients
- 3 dl flour
- 3 dl graham flour
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1 dl seeds (pumpkin and sunflower)
- 1 dl dried fruit (raisins and apricots)
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 0.5 dl rapeseed oil
- 0.5 dl date syrup or dark syrup
- 4 dl neutral yogurt (used oat yogurt)
Preparation
Set the oven to 175 degrees.
Chop the dried fruit into smaller pieces and add them along with the seeds to a bowl with the dry ingredients.
Combine everything together.
Add the liquids to the bowl and stir until you have a sticky batter.
Grease a form with rapeseed oil and pour the batter into it.
Bake the loaf in the oven for 60 minutes.
