Fruit and Seed Loaf

Ingredients

  • 3 dl flour
  • 3 dl graham flour
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 1 dl seeds (pumpkin and sunflower)
  • 1 dl dried fruit (raisins and apricots)
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 0.5 dl rapeseed oil
  • 0.5 dl date syrup or dark syrup
  • 4 dl neutral yogurt (used oat yogurt)

Preparation

  1. Set the oven to 175 degrees.

  2. Chop the dried fruit into smaller pieces and add them along with the seeds to a bowl with the dry ingredients.

  3. Combine everything together.

  4. Add the liquids to the bowl and stir until you have a sticky batter.

  5. Grease a form with rapeseed oil and pour the batter into it.

  6. Bake the loaf in the oven for 60 minutes.
