Healthy Banana Bread with Activated Charcoal

Ingredients

  • 2 overripe bananas, mashed
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or coconut oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50g erythritol
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 tsp activated charcoal

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. In a bowl, mix the eggs and add the banana mash.

  3. Mix in the oil and then stir in the almond flour, activated charcoal, baking powder, and erythritol.

  4. Mix in the walnuts.

  5. Fill the dough into the silicone mold, slice a third banana and place it mirror-inverted on the dough.

  6. Bake for 60 minutes.
