Protein-Packed Vegan Pop Tart with Raspberry-Chocolate Filling
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Oat Flour
- 1 tbs Sweetener
- 1 tbs Chocolate Protein
- 1 tbs Nut Butter
- 1 tbs Rice Malt Syrup
- 2-3 tbs Almond Milk
- Raspberry Jam (for filling)
- Choc Chunks (for filling)
- Raspberry jam mixed with coconut yoghurt (for topping)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix oat flour, sweetener, chocolate protein, nut butter, rice malt syrup, and almond milk together to form a thick dough.
Roll out the dough into a large rectangle and place raspberry jam and chocolate chunks on one half.
Fold the other half over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
Place the assembled pop tart on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
