Raspberry Chia Jam Breakfast Topping
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raspberries (frozen works)
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 1-2 tsp sweetener (optional)
Preparation
In a pot over medium low heat, add in raspberries and water.
Keep stirring the mixture to prevent it from sticking or burning.
Add in chia seeds and continue to cook through until you can easily mash the berries into your desired consistency.
Remove pot from heat and mix your sweetener if you are using. Note: Sweetener is optional and can be adjusted for taste preference.
