Salted Caramel Overnight Oatmeal Cake

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 tbsp flax/chia
  • 1 scoop protein powder (salted caramel flavor)
  • 1 cup plant milk

Preparation

  1. Bring the plant milk to a boil.

  2. In a bowl, mix the oats with flax/chia and protein powder.

  3. Pour the hot milk over the oat mixture and cover.

  4. Let it sit overnight in the refrigerator.

  5. The next day, remove the oatmeal cake from the bowl.

  6. Serve with your favorite toppings.
