Vegan Protein Oats Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 grated zucchini
- 3/4 scoop vegan banana maple French toast protein powder
- 1 cup water or plant milk
Toppings
- raspberries
- hemp hearts
- coconut flakes
- raw creamy almond butter
Preparation
Grate the zucchini.
Combine oats, grated zucchini, protein powder, and water or plant milk in a pot.
Cook over medium heat until thickened and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes.
Add toppings and serve.
