Vegan Protein Oats Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 grated zucchini
  • 3/4 scoop vegan banana maple French toast protein powder
  • 1 cup water or plant milk

Toppings

  • raspberries
  • hemp hearts
  • coconut flakes
  • raw creamy almond butter

Preparation

  1. Grate the zucchini.

  2. Combine oats, grated zucchini, protein powder, and water or plant milk in a pot.

  3. Cook over medium heat until thickened and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes.

  4. Add toppings and serve.
