Baked Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 medium baked sweet potato
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- granola
- coconut shreds
- pecans
- sunflower seeds
- chopped apple
Preparation
Bake the sweet potato until soft.
Mash the baked sweet potato with almond milk and cinnamon.
Top with granola, coconut shreds, pecans, sunflower seeds, and chopped apple.
