Cinnamon Overnight Oats with Banana Topping
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup soy milk
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except the banana.
Set the mixture in the fridge overnight.
When ready to serve, stir in the mashed banana.
