Yogurt Gelatin Fruit Dessert

Ingredients

  • 0.5 liters drinking yogurt (peach-flavored or plain)
  • 10 grams gelatin
  • 30 ml water
  • fruits (such as banana and canned peach)

Preparation

  1. Soak the gelatin in water and let it sit for 10-15 minutes

  2. Cut the fruits into cubes

  3. Lightly whisk the yogurt to create bubbles

  4. Melt the gelatin in the microwave without boiling

  5. Add the fruits and melted gelatin to the yogurt and whisk again

  6. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate until set

Tips

  1. The dessert is not sweet, so add sweetener if you prefer it sweeter
