Easy Fried Egg and Vegetable Lunch Combo
Ingredients
- 1 organic brown egg
- ghee
- red pepper flakes
- zucchini
- mushrooms
- 1/2 avocado
- tomatoes
- carrots
Preparation
Fry the egg in ghee with red pepper flakes.
Sauté the zucchini and mushrooms in ghee.
Roast the carrots.
Serve the dish with avocado and tomatoes.
