Cozy Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- small sweet potato
- 1/2 banana sliced
- a bit of nut butter
- handful of berries
- cinnamon
- crushed nuts
- chia seeds
- a little drizzle of blackstrap molasses
- small protein shake
Preparation
Steam a small sweet potato in an instant pot for 8 minutes or boil or steam over the stove.
Top with 1/2 sliced banana, a bit of nut butter, a handful of berries, cinnamon, crushed nuts, chia seeds, and a drizzle of blackstrap molasses.
Serve with a small protein shake on the side.
