Cozy Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • small sweet potato
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • a bit of nut butter
  • handful of berries
  • cinnamon
  • crushed nuts
  • chia seeds
  • a little drizzle of blackstrap molasses
  • small protein shake

Preparation

  1. Steam a small sweet potato in an instant pot for 8 minutes or boil or steam over the stove.

  2. Top with 1/2 sliced banana, a bit of nut butter, a handful of berries, cinnamon, crushed nuts, chia seeds, and a drizzle of blackstrap molasses.

  3. Serve with a small protein shake on the side.
