Creamy Tahini Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • Green part of 1 leek
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 50ml plant-based milk or water
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pinch of chili

Preparation

  1. Chop the parsley.

  2. In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients.

  3. Blend until smooth and well combined.

  4. Gradually add water until you reach the desired consistency for your dressing.

  5. Serve the dressing with your favorite salad or vegetables.
