Pumpkin Chai Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 2 scoops CopinaCo vanilla plant-based collagen boost
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/8 tsp chai spice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée

Toppings

  • Frozen berries
  • Maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together.

  2. Add water and cook until the oats are soft.

  3. Stir in the pumpkin purée after the oats are cooked.

  4. Stew frozen berries with a touch of maple syrup and spoon over the oatmeal.

Tips
