Creamy Oatflour Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 150ml oatflour (blended oats)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 30g chocolate and peanut butter soya protein powder
  • 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Approximately 150ml oat milk
  • Water (to cover)

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oatflour, chia seeds, chocolate and peanut butter soya protein powder, and peanut butter.

  2. Gradually add oat milk while mixing to achieve a creamy consistency. Add more water as needed to completely cover the mixture.

  3. Mix everything well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

  4. Place the mixture in the fridge and allow it to sit overnight, or for at least a few hours, to thicken and develop flavors.

  5. When ready to serve, take the mixture out of the fridge and give it a good stir.

  6. Top the creamy oats with vegan quark, coconut cream, or yogurt.

  7. Add extra peanut butter, peanuts, banana slices, and grated chocolate as desired.

  8. For added crunch, consider adding hazelnuts or granola on top.
