Extra Creamy Chia Pudding Berry Jars

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy plant milk
  • 1/2 cup plant based yogurt
  • 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Whisk all ingredients together and let set overnight.

  2. In the morning, separate into 2 jars or bowls and layer with fruit.

  3. Sweetener note: If using unsweetened yogurt, adjust maple syrup to taste, especially for larger servings like for a family of 6.
