Extra Creamy Chia Pudding Berry Jars
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup non-dairy plant milk
- 1/2 cup plant based yogurt
- 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
Whisk all ingredients together and let set overnight.
In the morning, separate into 2 jars or bowls and layer with fruit.
Sweetener note: If using unsweetened yogurt, adjust maple syrup to taste, especially for larger servings like for a family of 6.
