Ginger Spiced Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats (soaked in water over night, rinsed and drained)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp flax seed ❤️

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a sauce pan

  2. Stir and bring to a simmer and cook for 5-8 minutes to cook through

  3. Remove from heat and top as desired

  4. I mixed in some sliced banana to this and topped it with coconut, persimmons, raspberries and blueberries

  5. Was pretty tasty
