Ginger Spiced Steel Cut Oats
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup steel cut oats (soaked in water over night, rinsed and drained)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp flax seed ❤️
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a sauce pan
Stir and bring to a simmer and cook for 5-8 minutes to cook through
Remove from heat and top as desired
I mixed in some sliced banana to this and topped it with coconut, persimmons, raspberries and blueberries
Was pretty tasty
