Gluten-Free Oatmeal with Coconut Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bob's Red Mill gluten free extra thick rolled oats
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • pinches of salt and cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp protein

Preparation

  1. Combine everything in a pot and simmer for 10 minutes.

  2. Let stand for a few minutes.

  3. Then top with your favorite creamy, sweet, and crunchy items.
