Gluten-Free Oatmeal with Coconut Milk
Ingredients
- 1 cup Bob's Red Mill gluten free extra thick rolled oats
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- pinches of salt and cinnamon
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp protein
Preparation
Combine everything in a pot and simmer for 10 minutes.
Let stand for a few minutes.
Then top with your favorite creamy, sweet, and crunchy items.
