Pan-Fried Cheese Puffs
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teacup grated cheese
- 1 teacup crumbled white cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1-2 sprigs finely chopped parsley
- 3 cups flour
Preparation
Beat eggs and milk in a deep bowl
Add cheeses, parsley, salt, baking powder, and flour and knead all ingredients together
Divide the dough into four pieces and shape into balls
Take one ball and roll it out slightly larger than your pan size, do not roll too thin
Cut the rolled dough into 8 equal pieces
Place the pan on the stove, add some oil, heat it, then reduce heat to medium
Place the cut dough pieces in the pan and fry on both sides, adding oil as needed
Notes
If you want thicker puffs, divide the dough into two instead of four
These cheese pan puffs are ready to eat for breakfast or tea time. Enjoy
