Finger Licking Chicken Fritters

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 potatoes
  • Half cup white cheese
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Red pepper flakes

Preparation

  1. Boil the chicken breast and chop it finely.

  2. Boil the potatoes and mash them.

  3. Finely chop the green onions and parsley.

  4. Mix all the ingredients together.

  5. Fry spoonfuls in hot oil until golden brown, or grease a baking dish, add the mixture, and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius until cooked.
