Soft-Boiled Eggs on Toasted Bruschetta
Ingredients
- Bruschetta slices
- Eggs
- Sea salt
- Spicy bagel seasoning
Preparation
Air fry the bruschetta slices at 190°C for 5 minutes until toasted.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, carefully add the eggs, and cook for 6 minutes. Immediately place in ice water to cool.
Peel the eggs, slice or halve them, and arrange on the toasted bruschetta slices.
Sprinkle with sea salt and spicy bagel seasoning before serving.
Tips
The 6-minute egg cooking time results in a soft, runny yolk; adjust based on preference for doneness.
Store-bought bruschetta slices can be substituted with homemade toasted bread if available.
