Scrambled Eggs on Toast

Ingredients

  • Black pepper and sea salt bloomer bread
  • Lurpak spreadable
  • Eggs
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread until golden brown.

  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with sea salt and black pepper.

  3. Cook the eggs in a pan over medium heat, stirring until scrambled.

  4. Spread the Lurpak spreadable on the toasted bread.

  5. Top the toast with the scrambled eggs and serve.
