Wholesome Apple Crumble Protein Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup oatify
  • 1/2 cup water
  • cinnamon
  • 1 chopped apple
  • coconut oil
  • sugar
  • rolled oats (for toasting)
  • 1 scoop peanut butter protein powder
  • tahini

Preparation

  1. Cook 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup oatify, 1/2 cup water, and cinnamon to desired consistency

  2. While cooking, lightly cook chopped apple with coconut oil, sugar, and cinnamon, then set aside

  3. Toast a few rolled oats in the remaining cinnamon mixture until lightly brown

  4. Add a scoop of peanut butter protein powder and stir until fully incorporated

  5. Serve and add tahini
