Wholesome Apple Crumble Protein Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup oatify
- 1/2 cup water
- cinnamon
- 1 chopped apple
- coconut oil
- sugar
- rolled oats (for toasting)
- 1 scoop peanut butter protein powder
- tahini
Preparation
Cook 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup oatify, 1/2 cup water, and cinnamon to desired consistency
While cooking, lightly cook chopped apple with coconut oil, sugar, and cinnamon, then set aside
Toast a few rolled oats in the remaining cinnamon mixture until lightly brown
Add a scoop of peanut butter protein powder and stir until fully incorporated
Serve and add tahini
