Vegan Choco Proats with Granola Topping
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop of livwell_nutrition Cacao Plant Protein
- 1 teaspoon ground flax and chia seeds
- 1 cup water
Toppings
- unsweetened almond milk as needed
- a sprinkle of chia seeds
- 1/2 banana
- coconut flakes
- cocoa nibs
- hemp hearts
- lafourmibionique Nutbrown Tonic granola
Preparation
Mix together 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 scoop of livwell_nutrition Cacao Plant Protein, 1 teaspoon ground flax and chia seeds, and 1 cup water in a bowl.
Microwave the mixture for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Add unsweetened almond milk and stir to achieve a creamy consistency.
Top with a sprinkle of chia seeds, 1/2 banana, coconut flakes, cocoa nibs, hemp hearts, and lafourmibionique Nutbrown Tonic granola.
