Buckwheat Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 100g buckwheat flour
  • 200ml plant milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Grind buckwheat into fine flour using a blender.

  2. Mash the banana and then mix in the maple syrup and milk until smooth.

  3. Pour in the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix until smooth.

  4. Heat a pan and add 1 teaspoon coconut oil.

  5. Pour in a ladle of batter and cook for about 1 minute on each side. Flip when little bubbles appear.
