Egg and Cheese Omelette Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper, optional
  • Oil, as needed
  • Chopped green chillies
  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped baby tomatoes
  • 2 bread slices
  • Cheese, as needed
  • Shredded cheese for garnish
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Preparation

  1. Take 2 egg whites and 1 egg yolk

  2. Add 1 tablespoon milk and 1 tablespoon water

  3. Add salt to taste

  4. Beat the eggs to prepare the omelette mixture and add pepper if desired or if not using green chillies

  5. Heat a pan and add some oil

  6. Add chopped green chillies, chopped onions, and chopped baby tomatoes

  7. Toss the vegetables before adding the omelette mixture

  8. Dip 2 bread slices into the raw omelette and place them upside down to coat both sides

  9. Add some cheese to both slices

  10. Fold one bread slice over the other to form an omelette sandwich

  11. Cook for a few more seconds, flipping once

  12. Remove the omelette sandwich and garnish with shredded cheese and coriander
