Spinach and Cheese Gözleme Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 400 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 200g flour
- 60g spinach
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt
- Oil for the pan
- Grated cheese
Preparation
Whisk together milk, egg, oil, salt, and spices.
Add flour and mix well.
Stir in chopped spinach.
Brush the pan with a little oil.
Pour the batter into the pan and spread it by slowly rotating.
Cook both sides of the dough.
Cover half with cheese, fold it closed, and cook both sides until golden brown and cheese melts.
Optionally brush with a little oil for better color.
Serve while still hot.
