Puff Pastry Wheels with Berry Cream

Ingredients

  • 450-500 grams yeast-free puff pastry dough
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 100 grams cottage cheese
  • 100 grams cream
  • 50 grams condensed milk
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Any berries

Preparation

  1. Cut the dough into strips about 2-2.5 cm thick, carefully twist two strips together while slightly stretching in length, and roll into a snail shape.

  2. Brush with beaten egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes, depending on size.

  3. Combine cottage cheese, cream, and condensed milk and blend in a blender until airy.

  4. On the baked pastries, pipe or spoon the cream and decorate with berries.
