Puff Pastry Wheels with Berry Cream
Ingredients
- 450-500 grams yeast-free puff pastry dough
- 1 egg
- 100 grams sugar
- 100 grams cottage cheese
- 100 grams cream
- 50 grams condensed milk
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Any berries
Preparation
Cut the dough into strips about 2-2.5 cm thick, carefully twist two strips together while slightly stretching in length, and roll into a snail shape.
Brush with beaten egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes, depending on size.
Combine cottage cheese, cream, and condensed milk and blend in a blender until airy.
On the baked pastries, pipe or spoon the cream and decorate with berries.
