Halloumi and Vegetable Fritters

Ingredients

  • 1 medium carrot
  • 8 cubes frozen spinach leaves
  • 125g halloumi
  • 1/2 red onion
  • Few sage leaves
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Rapeseed oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Grate the carrot and halloumi, cook the spinach in the microwave and squeeze out the water

  2. Add all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well

  3. Form small fritter shapes using your hands and fry in a little oil for 2-3 minutes each side
