Halloumi and Vegetable Fritters
Ingredients
- 1 medium carrot
- 8 cubes frozen spinach leaves
- 125g halloumi
- 1/2 red onion
- Few sage leaves
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Rapeseed oil for frying
Preparation
Grate the carrot and halloumi, cook the spinach in the microwave and squeeze out the water
Add all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well
Form small fritter shapes using your hands and fry in a little oil for 2-3 minutes each side
