Indonesian Tauco Shrimp Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 300 grams shrimp
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
- 2 kaffir lime leaves (optional)
- 10 bird's eye chilies
- 1 tablespoon salty tauco
- mushroom stock to taste
- sugar to taste
- cooking oil as needed
- water as needed
Sliced spices
- 5 red chilies
- 5 green chilies
- 5 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 medium tomato
Preparation
Sauté the shallots and garlic until fragrant
Add the bay leaves and lemongrass
Add water as needed
Let it boil
Add the salty tauco
Add the shrimp, tomato, all chilies, and lime leaves
Stir evenly
Wait until the shrimp turns red, then add sugar and mushroom stock
Adjust the taste
Serve
