Cacao Raspberry Chia Pudding Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp thatprotein powder
Raspberry mixture
- large handful of raspberries
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
Mix everything together well and leave for 10 minutes to set.
Mash a large handful of raspberries with 1 tbsp maple syrup.
Layer the raspberry mixture with the chia pudding.
