Cacao Raspberry Chia Pudding Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp thatprotein powder

Raspberry mixture

  • large handful of raspberries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together well and leave for 10 minutes to set.

  2. Mash a large handful of raspberries with 1 tbsp maple syrup.

  3. Layer the raspberry mixture with the chia pudding.
