Homemade Gluten-Free Pita Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (can be dairy free)
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and spray or line a baking sheet.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.

  3. Add in the yogurt and stir until well combined.

  4. Use your hands or spoons to make 6 dough balls, slightly flatten them on the baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
