Homemade Gluten-Free Pita Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (can be dairy free)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350F and spray or line a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
Add in the yogurt and stir until well combined.
Use your hands or spoons to make 6 dough balls, slightly flatten them on the baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
