Cha Bang Ang Sweet Beverage

Ingredients

  • Grass jelly, cut into rough cubes
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (to be cooked with 1 cup water to make syrup)
  • 1 cup water (for brown sugar syrup)
  • Basil seeds
  • 1 can lychee
  • 1/2 box fresh full cream milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
  • A pinch of fine salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Make brown sugar syrup by cooking 1/2 cup brown sugar with 1 cup water until the sugar dissolves.

  2. Prepare a large bowl.

  3. Mix all ingredients, including the brown sugar syrup, in the bowl.

  4. Stir well until combined.

  5. The drink is ready to serve. Add ice cubes just before drinking.
