Cha Bang Ang Sweet Beverage
Ingredients
- Grass jelly, cut into rough cubes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (to be cooked with 1 cup water to make syrup)
- 1 cup water (for brown sugar syrup)
- Basil seeds
- 1 can lychee
- 1/2 box fresh full cream milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
- A pinch of fine salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Ice cubes
Preparation
Make brown sugar syrup by cooking 1/2 cup brown sugar with 1 cup water until the sugar dissolves.
Prepare a large bowl.
Mix all ingredients, including the brown sugar syrup, in the bowl.
Stir well until combined.
The drink is ready to serve. Add ice cubes just before drinking.
