No Bake Banana Bread Blondies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Chickpea flour sifted (if you want high protein blondies) or coconut / almond flour (if you want low carb blondies!)
  • ⚬ 1/2 cup of mashed banana ⚬ 1/4 cup cashew butter (or any nut butter)
  • ⚬ 1/4 cup maple or agave syrup ⚬ cacao nibs or dairy free chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Firstly, combine your banana and chosen flour jn one bowl until nice and crumbly

  2. Melt your nut butter in microwave safe or stove top, and pour this into your crumbly mixture

  3. Mix together well, and following this, add your choco chips or cacao nibs

  4. Transfer your batter into a lined container and refrigerate for 10-20 minutes (or while having dinner so you can enjoy after ?) Enjoy, and have a beautiful Saturday evening
