Fire Fat Bombs
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red kidney beans , drained & rinsed
- • 1 tbsp plantbased milk
- • 1/4 cup almond butter
- • 1 scoop chocolate pea protein ( sub vanilla protein & add 1/4 cup cacoa powder)
- • 2 tbsp agave syrup (sub mayple)
- • 1 tbsp flax seeds powder
- • 1/4 tsp chili powder
- • 1 tsp cinnamon
- • pinch of salt
Preparation
Blend beans,syrup, milk and nut butter until smooth
Add protein powder , ground flax seeds and spices
Roll into balls and pop in fridge until set
Store in fridge or freezer. I prefer fridge
