Fire Fat Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup red kidney beans , drained & rinsed
  • • 1 tbsp plantbased milk
  • • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • • 1 scoop chocolate pea protein ( sub vanilla protein & add 1/4 cup cacoa powder)
  • • 2 tbsp agave syrup (sub mayple)
  • • 1 tbsp flax seeds powder
  • • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Blend beans,syrup, milk and nut butter until smooth

  2. Add protein powder , ground flax seeds and spices

  3. Roll into balls and pop in fridge until set

  4. Store in fridge or freezer. I prefer fridge
