Holiday Egg Nog French Toast

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces hearty bread
  • 1/2 cup egg nog
  • Eggs
  • Dash of sea salt
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg

Toppings

  • Peppermint whipped cream
  • Chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mix egg nog, eggs, dash of sea salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.

  2. Soak the bread slices in the mixture for about a minute.

  3. Heat a greased non-stick pan over medium heat.

  4. Sear the soaked bread for 2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

  5. Serve topped with peppermint whipped cream and chocolate chips.
