Holiday Egg Nog French Toast
Ingredients
- 3 pieces hearty bread
- 1/2 cup egg nog
- Eggs
- Dash of sea salt
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
Toppings
- Peppermint whipped cream
- Chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix egg nog, eggs, dash of sea salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
Soak the bread slices in the mixture for about a minute.
Heat a greased non-stick pan over medium heat.
Sear the soaked bread for 2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
Serve topped with peppermint whipped cream and chocolate chips.
