Holiday Nog French Toast

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces of hearty bread (paleo bread recommended)
  • 1/2 cup eggnog
  • 1 egg
  • Dash of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Soak the bread in the eggnog mixture for about a minute.

  2. Pan sear on a greased non-stick pan for 2 minutes per side.

Tips

  1. Serve drenched in syrup for added sweetness.
